Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
- Services Rendered
- Non-Refundable Services: Once a service has been provided or a project milestone delivered in accordance with the agreed contract, it is considered final and non-refundable.
- Refundable Deposits: Deposits paid for projects that have not yet commenced may be eligible for a refund, less any administrative costs incurred.
- Digital Products
- As digital assets, software, and advertising deliverables are custom-made, refunds are typically not available once work has started or access has been provided.
- Exceptions may apply where the product is demonstrably defective or significantly deviates from the agreed scope of work.
Exclusions
